Short, because you have games to lose. This page covers who sells the tickets, what you are buying and what we store.

Seller details appear here before tickets go on sale.

Tickets are a virtual item for the Oopsaloon games. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or withdrawn.
Prices are in euros and include VAT.
Tickets are delivered immediately. At checkout you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once they arrive.
If a purchase does not arrive or does not work as described, email us with your receipt and we will fix it or refund it. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Refunded or charged-back purchases remove the tickets they bought.
Your save lives in this browser. Clearing cookies or switching device starts a new save; with your Stripe receipt we can help locate a purchase.
Games, prices and rewards may change. Tickets you already bought stay usable while the arcade runs, and we will give notice before closing it.

We store a random save token in one strictly necessary cookie, your progress and ticket balance, gameplay events used to balance difficulty, and purchase records (pack, amount, time and payment reference).
No accounts, no names, no advertising and no tracking or analytics cookies.
Payments are processed by Stripe under its own privacy policy. We never see your card details.
The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses to deliver and protect it, for example against abuse.
We process this data to provide the games you play and buy (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), to keep the service secure (Art. 6(1)(f)) and to keep purchase records the law requires (Art. 6(1)(c)).
You can ask to see or delete your data, object to processing, or complain to your data protection authority.
